Our range of services include:
LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Assistance to learn and develop the skills that allow you to be independent (e.g. hygiene, nutrition, social skills, language, or using transport).
SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Our support workers provide the assistance you need to participate in social or community activities, go shopping, play a sport or attend a family event.
TRANSPORT
Travel wherever you need to go, either with our drivers or assistance to navigate public transport independently.
PERSONAL CARE
Assistance or supervision of daily personal tasks (e.g. bathing, dressing, meals, attending appointments, mobility).
Support Coordination
Support to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to qualified providers.
COMMUNITY NURSING
Working with your health care professionals to manage medication, diabetes, pressure and other wounds, and transitioning from hospital to home.
DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE
Assistance with everyday household tasks (e.g. dishwashing, house cleaning, clothes washing, making beds and gardening).
